Fancy A Mind Game?
As you move the football through the season, managers and coaches are constantly seeking ways to take advantage over their opponents. The days of simply throwing his players in the field of training and a sense of fantasy is gone. The introduction of professional football in technology has seen a massive increase in the analytical work done by (e) of each club. Scouting has become a huge factor in the last 15 years is the growing number of tactics and dirty tricks in the game was today (Just ask Neil Warnock). As modern technology, football is awfully big steps forward. But one thing is constant in the game during the last two decades (mainly due to the strong participation of the media) are mind games. What are the mind games? I'm just a myth? Players and coaches can really talk about a game before it starts? Let's start with the facts. Today, administrators and the tactics are paid bucket loads of cash to take charge of teams with ambitions of winning the silver polish (and a lot of money). They also are the face of the team. When the wins the team are to thank. When the team does not, that are to blame. More importantly, it's your job to ensure an outcome to the Board and the fans. So can a mere human being, in reality the work they do with the words coming out of their mouths? Alex Ferguson is very much in doubt his ability to lead, let alone his ability to beat teams when Mourinho says that Chelsea will race for United in the league? Games are a focus, now that it has become mandatory for managers to deal with the media both before and after the game. Major questions are often the result of the talk of a competitive nature, especially for big games between high profile characters. This, then, is the perfect opportunity to "speak to the struggle." Managers are now more often focus their post-match conference on other teams, even when alone in front of that club. Why? It is precisely because the media are talking dirty to your partner Pro? Or is the election? Take, José Mourinho, for example. After their 1-0 win sandy parts Bolton said the title race and how he believes Chelsea will "kill" against Manchester United. "I do not take long to be on top of the league. With the great work of Manchester United have, should be frustrated by having only three points." Does Sir Alex to hear? He has been in jobs more than anyone, the face of many personal battles. He is a master of preparation, both physically, and perhaps more importantly, mentally. He has lived hours of preparatory work, the study of each of their players and prepare for battle they face, both in pre-season and mid season. But he did a Mr. Kevin Keegan ... We all remember the famous explosion of KK in the race that decides the title 1995/96, which was fought between Alex and himself a very good team in Newcastle. That same team apparently lost faith in the poor, after "cracking" of the comments and quotes from his opponent. United also won the title ... For long life Ferguson in memory, in theory, even Mourinho. One thing is certain. There will be many factors that contribute to deciding who lifts the league trophy at the end of the season. Mind Games play an important role in the countdown to May, with each one, hoping that the other maybe, just maybe, crack under the pressure.
