A Brief History of the Manchester United Shirt
Manchester United Football Club is an English football club playing in the English Premier League. His homeland is Old Trafford, Greater Manchester. The Red Devils, as they are commonly known are more than 300 million followers worldwide. This means that for every 20 men in the land, one of them will be a Manchester United fan! Currently managed by Sir Alex Ferguson, Manchester United is one of the most successful teams in English football history having won 21 major titles since he became manager in 1986. During his extraordinary history, many famous players have held the shirt of Manchester United, which can trace its origins, when Manchester United were known as Newton Heath Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Football Club, when the club was known as Newton Heath, the strips were made of sections of yellow and green (1878 - 1892), with some additional color combinations to be used as a red shirt and white (1892-1894) carries with blue shorts. That all changed in 1902 when the club changed its name to Manchester United, the club has radically changed the color scheme of red shirts, white shorts and black socks. This palette has been the basis of the strip, home since. The away strip is white shirts, white shorts and black socks, however, different in this strip seems to exist. The most famous of them all was the gray band used in the campaign 1995-1996. Manchester United have lost every game with a gray band, players have argued that it was not sufficiently visible and continued to lose his teammates on the field! Another variant was the all-black kit in 1994 and 2003. There is also a "third Strip". This kit is not used often, is all blue, in honor of the strip used in the historic European Cup win in 1968. The team used the strips occasionally used for training in real games, although this was a rare event. The current Manchester United shirt in the use of home games is red with a vertical white stripe on the back. A patch with the words "Los Diablos Rojos" in a photo of the devil's club mascot is connected to the bottom left of the shirt. In contrast, the shirt of the distance in use today is white with blue trim around the edges. Has red finish on the neck and the club's emblem is on a white background on the left chest. The team logo is on a white shield on the left chest. The emblem has been modified over the years, but was originally designed on the basis of the crest of the city of Manchester. The "red devil" as it was added in 1960 by Sir Matt Busby saw the name in use by a rugby team and decided Salford perfectly fitted the ethos of Manchester United and playing style. I hope this article gave background information on the history of Manchester United shirt, and that should be asked about "Millionaire" nickname for the history of Manchester United, Red Devils, who do not need to phone a friend!
